The Importance of Roof Inspections for Insurance Coverage

Do you need just a roof inspection performed for insurance or other purposes?

The roof is one of the most important parts of any building. Assessing the roof condition and making recommendations for maintenance/repairs/ replacement is a big part of our inspection.

High roofs, covered in tiles, or otherwise not suitable to walk on are viewed with a drone. We were one of the first companies to use drones for inspecting roofs.

We will perform a standalone Roof Inspection of your roof from the eaves, as well as walk it (when it is safe to do so) to assess its overall condition, including the presence and status of flashing, chimneys, vents, skylights, and other penetrations.

The Attic

At Our Home Inspection, we understand the importance of inspecting your attic. When we inspect your home, we always include a thorough inspection of your attic.

Our inspectors will check for signs of water damage, ventilation issues, pest infestations, and any structural damage.

Additionally, we will check for signs of mold, which can be especially dangerous to your health if left untreated.

We take the time to provide an in-depth evaluation of your attic, so you can rest assured that you are getting the best home inspection possible.
