About Us

We have been doing inspections on everything from mobile/manufactured homes to large scale estate properties and all types of commercial/investment properties for well over 20 years-totaling now over 35,000 inspections. We come from the building trades and this gives us the knowledge of buildings to help us truly understand and interpret what we find during inspections.

We are customer-focused, in that we are constantly training or upgrading to give our Clients the best inspection we can. We were among the first to use drones and robotic crawl space devices to get all the information that many others cannot.

We also added other services, like Sewer Line, Chimney/Fireplace and Mold/Moisture Intrusion inspections to help the Agents and Clients work within the tight contingency periods that seem to be the norm.

We are here to serve, and try to express that in all we do.

Trained and Experienced

Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

We love being Certified Home Inspector

During our inspections, we follow the comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice for Home Inspections established by InterNACHI. This means that we will inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems, and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. We appreciate the opportunity to educate our clients about how their homes work and how to maintain them.
